"Speedbump"

1958 - 1993

George joined the Club in '89'. He quickly inherited the nickname "Speedbump" because he was so short. He was a gentle,quiet guy and like the rest of us, he loved to party. He was the "King of Quarters". He had a Passion for music and worked in the music industry as a sound man for many national acts when they were in the area. It was Speedbump who brought us the Beaver Brown Band to play at our Clubhouse for Toys for Tots. His death shocked everyone. We love and miss him dearly! We were fourtunate to have him as our Brother during some of the best years of the IBF. Rest in Peace Brother.
